Jack DeJohnette er en amerikansk jazzmusiker, trommeslager, pianist, komponist og orkesterleder. DeJohnette fikk stor oppmerksomhet som trommeslager i Charles Lloyds kvartett i 1966–1969. Deretter spilte han med Miles Davis til 1971, og medvirket blant annet på det banebrytende albumet Bitches Brew.
