Ron Howard er en amerikansk filmskuespiller og filmregissør. Han flyttet med familien til Hollywood i 1958, filmdebuterte i 1959 og var en mye benyttet barneskuespiller i film og fjernsyn. Som voksen spilte han blant annet i George Lucas' American Graffiti (Siste natten med gjengen, 1973) og Don Siegels The Shootist (1976).
